WERE OPEN

Four days in and going crazy. It's just great, now that I have hired a couple of people. There's nothing like serving tables and cooking for them too. That was a real talent challenger.  So  my menu so far has been successfull, and everyone has had nothing to say but raving reports about the food and everything that I have done with the cleaning and decorating, and well my bathrooms are diven. Cleaning, and lots of it, paint, and thank goodness for Pier 1 Imports store. Lots of customers , the locals have come in just to see the place, and there are WOW'd. It's a big difference form when we first saw it.

So here's to day 5, lets see what happens today!

I'm Here

Long Time since I updated. So the May 18th turned into June 1st. So here I am stilling scrubbing away hoping to be open next week......fingers crossed. Check out my facebook for updated news and pictures

SILVER MOUTAIN STATION

Well at little update on the restaurant. We will be taking over as of May 18th and we will be open for the long weekend.  Lots of moving and work to do in the next couple of weeks. I 'll keep ya posted and I will be posting lots of pictures in the near future.

To The Station W e Go................

Up at 1:00 am, leaving for thunder Bay at 3 am.....here we go....to the big adventure of my life thus far....as for my job, they can all have it ,, taking the high road.

Although , this high road I can see being alittle rocky and alot of challanges ahead , but looking forward to it in a big way.

SILVER MOUTAIN STATION

Well the adventure begins as soon as my passport is here. Were going to Silver Moutain Station up in Nalalu, Thunder Bay. 16 hour drive to a beautiful part of the country, to check out the restaurant that were wanting to buy. Very exciting. I can't wait . Lots of work ahead of me, and my son. Chicken and Ribs, breakfast brunchs, only the best food, and hey lots of pies, pies and more pies..saskatoon berry pie, I hear is popular up there.
And hey there hunters... a couple of buckets ...broasted chicken , a pot of gooooooooooood chillie, and few pies to go. .....sounds like a plan.
