The pies will start rolling out Monday Morning. It's going to be a very busy week. I love it though. First I will get all the dough ready and in the freezer. I will make pies for Schinkel's in Chatham. Their add goes in the paper on Monday. Tuesday will be roasting all my sugar pumpkins for pumpkin pies, and making all the other pie fillings, such as cherry, blueberry, raisin(which if you didn't know is the traditional Thankgiving pie), etc. Wednesday I will be making all the different pie topping like my famous crumble,and they will go in the freezer as well until use.
Thrusday I will be assembling and baking and getting them in the stores. You can buy thanksgiving pies at Schinkels' in Essex, Schinkels' in Chatham, or through Facebook or this blog.
